The November issue of “FotoVolt” is online. The article “Solar Cooperatives and Community Solar Projects in Brazil”, on page 14, shows that in Brazil the concept of shared energy generation and the regulation of cooperatives or consortia are recent. In Germany, cooperativism became popular after the implementation of a policy of transition of the energy matrix. See on page 26 the article “Holland has the largest bifacial photovoltaic acoustic barrier”, describing the bidding process, within the Solar Highways project, for the contracting of a fully integrated solar acoustic barrier that is the largest of the bifacial type already built: it will be 400 meters long and five in height. Furthermore, on page 38, the article “Amorphous silicon photovoltaic glass facade project”, which describes the development and installation of a ventilated façade made of photovoltaic glass thin film of amorphous silicon in a building in Brazil. The objective is to demonstrate the technical viability of such projects in the Brazilian market. This issue brings also the new “Solar car parking” and the update “PV Modules” buyers’ guides.
