The August issue of “Hydro” is online. The special coverage “Centrifugal pumps”, on page 10, shows that pumping is responsible for up to 80% of the energy consumption in water and sewage capture and treatment activities, attracting increasing attention from companies in search of more efficient technologies. See on page 24 the article “Evaluation of hydraulic feeder trichloroisocyanyuric acid in deep well water”, showing that replacement of a chlorination system that applies sodium hypochlorite through dosing pumps by the dosage of trichloroisocyanuric acid with hydraulic operation equipment facilitates the logistics of replacement of chemical products. Read on page 32, the article “Fuzzy controller for pressure control in water supply systems”, where the application of a fuzzy controller maintained greater precision in the control, stability during the operation and more efficient pressurizing of a supply system, since it is able to see objectives and reduce maintenance costs.
