The March/April issue of “Eletricidade Moderna” is online. The article “Electrical tests on collective or individual protection equipment”, on page 24, shows that, in order to guarantee the necessary personal safety, rules and regulations determine the need to carry out periodic tests of these equipments, according to detailed procedures. See on page 30 the article “Importance of correct use of technical terms”, which aims to contribute to correct use of terminology in lighting area, based on internationally adopted definitions. Furthermore, on page 38, the article “Myths and truths about aerial baskets”, analyzing some misconceptions and clarifying misunderstandings that become “rules” in common sense, generating inadequate demands and unnecessary costs.
