The August issue of RTI is online. The special coverage "ISPs: Current Industry Scenario and Outlook Research", on page 16, shows that, amid market saturation, providers face the challenge of reinventing themselves. Portfolio consolidation and diversification are highlighted as strategic paths. It also presents current data from research conducted by RTI. Following is the “ISPs directory”, a survey that provides an overview of current information on ISPs in Brazil. Read on page 30 the article "Strategies for Value-Added Services: How to Boost Revenue and Build Customer Loyalty", showing that, in the face of increased competition in the sector, Value-Added Services (VAS) are consolidating themselves as strategic tools for Internet providers to increase revenue, differentiate themselves in the market, and build customer loyalty, in addition to contributing to optimizing financial and tax results. Furthermore, on page 40, the article "The Importance of Processes for the Growth of Internet Providers", presenting examples of practical improvements in areas such as technical support, commercial and financial services, highlighting efficiency gains. Structuring processes do not require large investments and can be started with simple tools.
