The April issue of “RTI” is online. The article “Introduction to Media Converters”, on page 18, shows that mission-critical applications and the growing number of devices in networks increase bandwidth requirements and require greater distances for LANs. Media converters allow the use of fiber optics when needed and incorporate new equipment into the infrastructure existing cabling. See on page 40 the article “Energy efficiency in data centers”, showing that PUE is the initial step in understanding the efficiency of a data center, allowing the comparison of results against other competitive data centers and illustrates the opportunities to improve efficiency, as well as showing how the design and processes are affecting overall environmental productivity. Furthermore, on page 72, the article “Zero Trust”, where you will see how to protect yourself from the Zero Trust concept, which allows for greater visibility, cost reduction and damage limitation.
