The July issue of “FotoVolt” is online. The article “The opportunities and challenges of the sector at Intersolar South America”, on page 46, brings a commented summary of Intersolar's extensive program, which will be held from August 23rd to 25th at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo. See on page 30 the article “Tests of photovoltaic inverters according to the IEC 62109-2 standard”, proposing an electronically switched RC load, experimentally validated, and studying the possibility of the test parameters influencing the residual current measurement. Furthermore, on page 52, the article “Sizing a solar carport with charging stations for electric vehicles”, describing the planning and design of a carport-type on-grid photovoltaic system, in order to generate enough electricity to compensate for consumption of charging stations for electric vehicles that will be housed on site. This issue brings also the update “PV inverters”.
