The January/February issue of “FotoVolt” is online. The edition highlights the “Excellence Brands in PV Products”, on page 22, bringing the results of the survey carried out with specialized users and professional specifiers of PV systems that indicate the brands they consider the best of 29 products and equipment. See on page 33 the article “Influence of series connections on the BIPV generation potential in facades”, focusing on the impact of series connection of PV modules installed on facades, including in different orientations, with the objective of minimizing shading effects from other buildings. Furthermore, on page 48, the article “Evaluating the deterioration of batteries with PV generators”, where it is shown that the development of evaluation models, for an insular electrical system, of degradation of energy storage systems linked to PV generators brings subsidies for analysis of these equipment in isolated grids from any region.
