The November issue of “RTI” is online. The special coverage ”Management software for Internet service providers”, on page 32, shows that technical and commercial management tools can help ISPs deal with these routines, increasing productivity and improving the quality of services provided. See on page 22 the article “What changes with the new cabling standards for commercial buildings and data centers”, showing two new standards were recently published by ABNT: NBR 14565: 2019 (revised) and NBR 16665: 2019. The first specifies structured cabling systems for commercial buildings and the second for data centers. Furthermore, on page 68, the article “Using and comparing floor structures”, a study comparing slab floor and raised floor structures, in order to identify the most climate and energy efficient alternative. This issue brings also the update “LAN and KVM switches” and “Racks, panels, cabinets and accessories” buyers’ guides.
